Good boy!

Kids are kids. John Roberts' kid is smart. He summed up in one yawn the entire mentality to the confirmation hearings. Now, like father like son, so does this say anything for Roberts? Maybe this explains Roberts' bug-eyed face during the opening statements. This kid would have been a genius had he made his own "opening statement" during Teddy Kennedy's remarks.

I'm smelling the obvious scent of, "Look, I'm a family man." You bring your kids in for the photoshoot of all PR and then set them free for the nearest playground. Why bring them at all? I want to see the Supreme Court Chief Justice who will be leading the joint, not the family man selling the "I have kids and want the best for them" approach. Tell me, the American citizen, how you lead the Supreme Court Justices in deciding how to follow the law as written by the constitution.
